A one-off lucky Charm Necklace made from a host of blue-green reclaimed gemstones, which have been hand-wrapped and knotted with 14ct filled gold wire.
A hand sculpted Eros Amulet and an Ionic Amulet feature on this piece. Both of these classically inspired sculptures were carved from jewellers wax before being cast into raw golden brass. The reclaimed gemstones featured on this piece are: malachite, bloodtone, turquoise, pearl, agate, moonstone, glass, and mother of pearl.
Details:
Necklace chain handmade made from 14ct Filled Gold - a thick layer of gold is pressure bonded onto base metal. Filled gold is an affordable alternative to solid gold & it wears similarly. It’s a more durable alternative to gold plate or vermeil.
The brass amulets are made from raw cast brass.
Necklace Length: 50cm (20 inches) Can be shortened and adjusted post-purchase.

This golden charm necklace is a lucky token, a journey, a protective apotropaic piece of art to be worn. It’s dotted with stones, gems and pearls from faraway lands and seas. These precious beads have travelled far and wide. This little magpie (me) has been collecting them, hoarding them and now I’ve chosen my favourites, and made them into one off treasures!

Care:
Take care of this precious piece. It’s designed to be worn everyday and live its best life with you, but it needs some care - as we all do! It’s best to remove your charm piece bathing, swimming etc. Don’t spray perfumes on it, and try not to sleep in it just in case it catches. Use the polishing cloth in your order & follow the ritual care card to look after your piece.
