This A one-off lucky Charm Necklace is a lucky token, a journey, a protective apotropaic piece of art to be worn. It’s dotted with stones, gems and pearls from faraway lands and seas. This little magpie (me) has been collecting them, hoarding them and now I’ve chosen my favourites, wrapped them in fine wire and turned them into individual amuletic charms.
Details:
Necklace Length: 18 inches.
Featuring: Abalone, mother of pearl, agate, malachite, lapis lazuli, tigers eye, pearl, turquoise, citrine, tourmaline & amber.
Necklace chain made from 14ct Filled Gold - a thick layer of gold is pressure bonded onto base metal. Filled gold is an affordable alternative to solid gold & it wears similarly. It’s a more durable alternative to gold plate or vermeil.
The hand amulet has been sculpted from wax using tiny hot tools & then cast into raw cast brass.
Care:
Take care of this precious piece. It’s designed to be worn everyday and live its best life with you, but it needs some care - as we all do! It’s best to remove your charm piece bathing, swimming etc. Don’t spray perfumes on it, and try not to sleep in it just in case it catches. Use the polishing cloth in your order & follow the ritual care card to look after your piece.
Dispatch and delivery:
Please allow me up to 10 days to dispatch your jewel. Altered lengths may take closer to 2 weeks as I may need to order extra components.
