This one-off lucky Charm Necklace reveals histories & mythologies of faraway lands veined with precious stones.

This vintage brass belcher chain is cluttered with a curation of hand-carved amulets and reclaimed gemstones. Discover a flaming Ex Voto Heart amulet, a Reliquary Hand, a slab of delicious strawberry quartz, lustrous pearls, jasper and a branch of vintage white coral.

Details:

• Necklace Length: 22 inches. The necklace chain itself is 20 inches but the dangle and charm at the front extend the total length.

  This length can be adjusted. Please leave your required length in the gift note section at the checkout.

• 2 hand-carved brass amulets: Reliquary Hand Amulet and an Ex Voto Heart Amulet. I hand-carved these designs from jewellers wax with reference to variousMedieval artefacts. I use tiny hot metal tools to carve the wax miniatures before I get them cast into raw golden brass.

• 11 reclaimed gems: vintage white coral, jasper, abalone shell, smoky quartz, pearls, fluorite, garnet, strawberry quartz, agate and pearl.

• A vintage raw brass belcher chain with a raw brass T bar and dangling tassel at the front. The chain is vintage deadstock from the 1980’s.

• The wires wrapping the stones & jump rings are all made from 14ct filled gold. Filled gold is a durable alternative to gold plating whereby a layer of gold is pressure bonded onto a base metal.

• The large bolt clasp at the rear is made from raw brass.
