Details:

• Necklace Length: 16 inches - clip it securely onto the link to wear it at a shorter setting - or leave me a note in the gift note section of the checkout if you’d prefer an 18 inch chain.

• 18 recycled gemstones: fluorite, amethyst, pearl, abalone, agate, cowrie shell, lapis lazuli, peridot, quartz crystal, vintage white coral, and an antique Tasmanian mariners shell.

• I sculpted Venus at a life drawing class in Bristol a few years ago! I sat with my wax and tiny tools whilst everyone else drew the model. I wanted to create a little nude body that resembled a worn statuette and which represented the Roman goddess. I had the little wax model cast into raw golden brass and then moulded so that I can reproduce her.

• The chain & all of the small metal details are made from 14ct Filled Gold -whereby a thick layer of gold is pressure bonded onto base metal. Filled gold is a more durable alternative to gold plate or vermeil.

• This charm necklace design is repeatable as I have enough of these delicious gemstones to make a small handful of these.
