Inspired by Queen Puabi’s hoop earrings, found in the Royal Tombs of Ur in Ancient Iraq. These hoops are supposed to imitate the chunky millennia-old original hoops worn by a Mesopotamian Queen.

Sold as pairs.
Cast from golden brass.
They have 925 sterling silver ear pins and come with push back fastenings.
About 3cm by 1.5cm.
Chunky but not too heavy!
Can be plated in Fairmined Gold plating which will take up to 4 weeks.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the raw brass versions to be polished before sending.
Handmade:
They’re organic, molten, and were made when I had one working wing. One hoop earring was morphed, melted and sculpted from soft and hot wax, then cast into metal at my casting house. The pair of earrings are asymmetric, as whilst it is one piece, the sterling silver earring pins are soldered onto opposite sides.
Care:
Brass and silver naturally oxidises and darkens. To keep it shiny and bright, polish with the microfibre polishing cloth included in your order.
